Hello friends, fall is officially here and I couldn't be more excited. Though it may still feel like summer in California (hence the shorts), fall means long sleeves, cozy sweaters and boots YAY. Rhi and I took advantage of the LF Summer Sale before it ended and I scored this crochet crop top which fits nicely in my wardrobe. End of summer also means my birthday! Thank you to my beautiful mother for giving me these amazing Jeffrey Campbell boots for my day of birth, I could not be more in love. Buckle cut out boots are my new favorite, I recommend them.

If you guys haven't already guessed, WE LOVE VELVET.  I died a little when I found this wine colored velvet dress by Gypsy Junkies (check out their clothing if you haven't already!) I can't wait to wear it with tights and a jacket when fall/winter roll around.  For this look we took the boho route;  added a daisy chain headband, some fringe boots, a cute leather backpack and, of course, lots of jewels :)  hope y'all dig it!

Black and white, you have my love forever. I really can not resist the urge to add more and more black and white pieces to my closet, example A right here. STRIPES you rock, my beetle juice pants are my favorite new purchase and can be worn casual or fancy. Just got back from a fashion event in Vegas for work and wore these bad boys, got a ton of compliments so I had to show all y'all as well. This Doors tee has been in my closet for years, gave it a recent snip at the sleeves and bam, new tank. DIYs are the best with old clothes, hence my problem throwing things out. 

Gold Lion seemed suitable since my necklace is.. a gold lion. Rhi saw the Yeah Yeah Yeah's at Fuck Yeah Fest and was obsessed. I was of course jealous so here is my own tribute for her and them.

Hola! Take a gander at this semi-resort wear look. Wish you guys could feel this shirt through the screen.  This little white top is furry which makes it a hundred times cuter and is why it is one of my favorite shirts.  These pants add the perfect amount of pop with the fun, simple print.  FYI dark florals are on the lookout for this fall season!  These pants are easy to pair tops with and are super comfortable and flattering.  Also they were thrifted making them even more wonderful!  As always layer on them jewels to finish off any 'fit.  Enjoy your weekend and remember PRINTS ARE GREAT.

Hello everyone, welcome to gum drop alley, the most colorful and flavorful walls California central coast has to offer and an obvious place to shoot some pics during a much needed shopping day. Hats hats hats I friken love them. This one was my main outfit inspiration, got it from a local shop called Radlife, they know how to put the right about of edge and femininity to their caps and I am addicted to every single one of them. Their symbol is also a triangle which is the symbol of Rhi and I's favorite band right now Alt-J, whom we are going to see next week in Hollywood and couldn't be more stoked! This song Breezeblocks was the first tune I heard of theirs and I became addicted ever since, the vocalist is truly one of a kind and I highly recommend checking them out y'all. Enjoy!

All black errythang is the motto for this look.  You can never go wrong with black.  I love this dress by For Love and Lemons.  Super cute and can be easily dressed up or down.  Check out the polka-dot mesh in the back and front.   Also take notice of my brand new Jeffrey Campbell Mattie boots, pretty sick.  Top it all off with a little black hat, some shades, and jewelry on jewelry on jewelry.  Peace out until next time!

The summer of kimonos should last forever. A Kimono can add the right boho chic edge to any outfit and this summer they've definitely been taking the win. I got this one at Zara when I was traveling through Barcelona and could not resist the temptation to take it home with me. Beach cover up, day time comfort, sexy statement to a night on the town, you name it, the kimono does it all. Also, apology if the blogs come short as i've just received an amazing internship in the high fashion world in the beautiful Hollywood, CA and will be quite busy transitioning into real life. Rhi and I always try to do our best to keep the outfits coming and the closet space diminishing :)
